Filta to Launch “The Green Ladle” Newsletter to Promote Environmental Awareness in Commercial Kitchens

Since Filta’s inception in 1996, the franchise has continued to grow into an internationally recognized brand, helping restaurants and commercial kitchens go green with cooking oil management and other environmental kitchen solutions. Now the company will be producing their own quarterly newsletter entitled “The Green Ladle – Dipping into Environmental Kitchen Solutions.” Filta will take their environmentally responsible focus and merge it into a light hearted community and educationally based newsletter that will focus on various aspects of what “going green” is all about.

“The Green Ladle” will highlight key sustainability issues involving commercial kitchens, share best practices, showcase customer profiles, and offer solutions for the management and disposal of cooking oil. “The Green Ladle” will have some helpful tips and tricks for restaurants and commercial kitchens to use in their now environmentally friendly kitchens. The newsletter’s inaugural issue is scheduled for launch in early February.
